Well Hi!
I'm Zach, born in NY and currently living in CA. I've always loved art, films, music, animals, horror, comedy and of course, animation of all varieties. I studied traditional animation at The School of Visual Arts and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts. At this point I've been working in the animation industry for more than 10 years! Yes, I am old.
I've worked many different jobs and departments in the animation world, starting out as a clean up artist for Titmouse NYC, moving onto becoming a character designer for the first season of "Rick & Morty" and then finally got bitten by the storyboard bug where I've been for most of my career. Recently I had become a director for Cartoon Network's "Victor & Valentino". Outside of the Hollywood animation machine, I've co-created an independent pilot "Long Gone Gulch" with partner Tara Billinger, which was the result of a successful Kickstarter campaign and has garnered more than 3 million views on Youtube.
My goal is to bring high quality animation, interesting design and off-the-wall stories into this world. I'm always looking to find the weirdness in between the norm. In my spare time I like collecting things, cooking, hanging out with my dog and um...I guess just more drawing!
Hit me up if ya wanna!
