In 2016, Tara Billinger and I launched a Kickstarter for an original pilot of our own.  We had pitched “Long Gone Gulch” to every major studio years prior, obviously with no luck in it getting picked up.  We decided to take matters into our own hands.  What resulted is probably the most rewarding experience of my career.  We became show runners on our own accord, working with talented industry professionals and prolific freelancers.  When you work on an indie project you wear many hats, in this case we wore all of the hats!  It was the most intense work I had ever done but the knowledge and skills I learned have become so valuable to me.  I am so proud of the work done for this, not only from myself but everyone involved.
Upon its release we hit 1 million views in only 2 weeks.  As of now the pilot has more than 3 million views and we get comments every week asking if we’re going to make more.
The future of LGG is still unwritten…
